Joining the timesage lifeline alarm service is quick and simple

Step 1

Find the package which suits you and either order on our website or over the phone.

Step 2

We will come and connect your lifeline to a telephone line or  power socket, before testing.

Step 3

Our control centre will receive your test call and make sure everything is working perfectly.

Step 4

Your lifeline is installed, working and ready for you to use 24 hrs a day at the press of a button.

How does timesage lifeline work?

The timesage lifeline alarm service includes two key products: the Doro Sara lifeline unit and the Elliot alarm pendant. Once your alarm has been installed, you can choose to wear the pendant around your neck or on your wrist.

The pendant can be worn at all times and our new pendants mean you can even wear them whilst showering (old pendants are splash proof only). Your pendant will also work in the garden as it has a range of up to 100 metres.

Put your pendant around your wrist or around your neck.
If you feel unwell or have a fall at home, or in the garden, simply press the red button on your pendant.
Our Control Centre will respond immediately to assess your situation, before taking the appropriate action.
If needed, our Control Centre will call your emergency contacts and ask them to visit your home urgently. The emergency services will also be contacted if they are required.
