What happens if I move house?

If you are moving within Melton Borough we will come out to the new property and re-install and test your equipment. You should take your old equipment with you and we may use this or replace it with newer equipment dependant on the age of the equipment. However if you are moving out of the area or moving into a Residential home you must contact us and provide one months notice. Please contact us.

What if I or my family member no longer require the lifeline?

Please contact us and we will arrange to either pick the equipment up from the property or it can be delivered to our Main Reception at Melton Borough Council Parkside Office, together with a note of whom the Lifeline was for.
