Clients may test their pendants monthly to reassure them and become familiar with the service. All pendants and equipment automatically send messages to our Control centre if any low batteries or faults are detected for local service resolution.

Add a Police Approved Key Safe

The Supra C500 coded Key Safe is the only Police accredited key safe that can boast the title 'As secure as your front door'. It has been designed following extensive consultation with users and has a large enough storage capacity for up to 6 keys.  You can also buy the key safe as a one-off purchase.

Add a Bed Sensor

The bed sensor consists of a sensor and a radio device to connect to the lifeline base unit. The bed sensor is placed under the mattress and will be set to detect when the person leaves the bed. Time parameters can be programmed so that the device will only work within certain times of the day, for example between 8.00pm and 7.00am. It can also be set with a delay so the user can get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and if they did not return back to bed within 15 minutes an alarm will automatically be raised.
